Bologna the learned, the fat, the turreted. These are the three epithets that better than any other definition describe the city.
Cradle of the most ancient University of Europe (founded in 1088), symbol of the Emilian wine and food tradition and Medieval center, full of walls, porticos, buildings and towers with great architectural value, Bologna is considered a dynamic an culturally lively city.

The Suviana lake is an artificial lagoon built in 1928, during fascist age, in the Appennino Bolognese in the Limentra valley. The two shores touch the municipality of Camugnano on the east and the municipality of Castel di Casio on the west. Its water feeds two hydroelectric power stations, the most ancient downstream and the new one, that takes the water also from the Brasimone lake nearby, upstream. It is included in regional park of Suviana and Brasimone lakes.
The thermal baths of Porretta are among the most known in Italy, not only because of the amazing healthy qualities of the thermal water: in Porretta Terme you can also find several facilities like two swimming pools, one cinema and a shopping center.
